Transform your Pilates practice with Studio 407! In our classes, you will master the use of our top-of-the-line Allegro 2 Reformer and Equipment while learning proper care techniques. We focus on teaching you how to activate the right muscles for each exercise, especially emphasizing core engagement within the pilates methodology. Plus, we dedicate the last 5 minutes of each session to guide you through using our convenient app for easy booking. Join us at Studio 407 for a transformative Pilates experience like no other!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Our venue holds limited tables, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. You may call/text us at (707)474-2056 between business hours to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another class or private. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
